Well-fortified, we start planning - with the long Whitsun weekend ahead of us, we want to eat lots of delicious things. As foodies, of course, taste is our main concern, but we also want to act sustainably and mindfully wherever we can. And that starts with us when we go shopping....

Eat Simply, Live Simply

one of the many reasons why we love our shop in the heart of Basel so much: it takes less than 2 minutes to reach the market square. So during our lunch break, we head to the weekly market, which offers us a large selection of great food: regional, seasonal and organic!

Because we want to avoid plastic wherever possible, we don't put "everything in a bag" but rather in beautiful fabric bags, baskets, net bags and co.
