Shipping: Unfortunately, furniture & long/large products cannot be shipped free of charge as we have to send them as bulky goods. You can either pick up the furniture directly at JOYNE yourself (you can drive into the city center by car until 11:00 am) or we will gladly send it to your home by freight forwarder. For this, a minimum of CHF 29.- in delivery costs will be charged in the Basel area. For delivery outside Basel, multiple pieces of furniture, or other larger packages, we will gladly provide you with a quote.
