How to: The Paula self-watering flowerpots are based on a centuries-old watering method, perfected over time. Pepin's self-watering pots use the traditional Olla irrigation technique, where the natural porosity of the ceramic allows for even and efficient hydration of the plants. The water is stored in the outer pot and slowly released to the roots. This method harmonizes with the natural rhythm of the plants, giving them exactly the amount of water they need – exactly when they need it.
