How to:

1. after enjoying your delicious avocado toast, remove the thin skin from the pit
2. then wrap the peeled pit in a damp kitchen towel or place it in an airtight container and leave it to rest in a dark place for some time (approx. 4 weeks). Once it has cracked open and a small root appears, it's ready to be submerged!

3. put on its swimming aid... and then the pool party can begin: fill a glass or vase with water and place the pit on its swimming aid so that the root is completely immersed in the water.

4. Now you need a little more patience: soon a stem will grow and leaves will appear! Once several leaves and roots are visible, you can repot it into soil
