Items ordered from Joyne can generally be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are in perfect, undamaged and original packaging.

However, this can only be done after written notification to hello@joyne.com and subsequent confirmation.

The customer bears the costs for the return. If the customer has returned the goods on time and properly, Joyne will refund the purchase price minus delivery costs.

  • your order number and the product name
  • a description of the problem and photos
  • please wait with returning the product. Online orders must always be reported via our customer service
  • If you bought the product in the store, you can report and show this directly on site
