Nothing beats fresh greens, right? With the compostable seed trays, you'll find an affordable and sustainable entry into the Heimgart cultivation system. One seed pad fits in each tray, and after harvesting the microgreens, it can be fully composted or disposed of in the organic waste bin.
Our starter kit trays also require no soil or additional watering. Due to their light weight (16g per tray), the microgreens grown in just a few days can easily be taken on a picnic: simply cut the microgreens on-site, enjoy the fresh greens, and then dispose of them completely, so you don't have to carry the harvested tray around with you.
With their delicate texture and intense flavor, microgreens are not only visually appealing but also add that certain culinary something to recipe creations.
