The beautiful, hand-turned candle dish Ljusfat from the Swedish ceramic manufacturer Paradisverkstaden, with hand-painted lines, looks great on the dining table, coffee table, or windowsill. Depending on the season, decorative items such as nuts or sweets can be placed in the dish.

The Ljusfat candle dish is part of a series of hand-turned candle dishes, candle holders, bowls, and pots with a clear and simple design language. The simple, generous forms are brought to life by hand-painted lines on a silky white glaze. We have basic colors such as black and grey, complemented by seasonal colors that change throughout the year.

Paradisverkstaden is a family business that works with stoneware clay in all forms. Its heart is on Öland, where Eva (textile) and Olof (ceramics) Paradis met during their craft training at Capellagården and later founded Paradisverkstaden almost 50 years ago. Together with their daughters, they design and produce everything from small utility items and tableware to larger sculptural objects. Everyone in the Paradis family has their own design language and their own collections.
