The Raitti cushions are made of 100% Finnish wool and are therefore wonderfully warm. Lapuan Kankurit focuses on preserving and further developing the Finnish textile tradition in its production. The designer Maija Fagerlund found inspiration for the RAITTI pattern in the weaving structures of traditional textiles, which she wanted to reinterpret in a modern fabric.Material: 100% high-quality, local Finnish sheep wool. Both the weft and warp yarns are made from the wool fibers of Finnish sheep from local farms in Finland as well as certified Wool Integrity NZ fiber. All yarns are spun and dyed in the EU and are mulesing-free.Color: cinnamonSize: 45x45cmCare: Wash only if heavily soiled, otherwise air out in the fresh air. Hand wash at max. 30°C or dry clean. If using powdered detergent, dissolve it in plenty of water. Immerse the blanket in the water and wash it immediately. Squeeze out gently. Do not scrub, stretch, or wring. Rinse the blanket thoroughly and press out most of the water. Press the blanket between towels until it is semi-dry and let it air dry in a well-ventilated place. Do not tumble dry. Iron with a damp cloth, max. 150°C.Origin: Product development, material procurement, loom programming, and design, as well as warping, weaving, finishing, and fabric inspection, are carried out in Lapua in our own weaving mill. Sewing is mainly done in sewing workshops in Lithuania or in the weaving mill in Lapua.
