Winter was simply too long, and spring is showing its shy side this year. If it were up to us, we'd fast-forward straight to summer. We're longing for the outdoors and want to savor every precious second of sunshine from now on.

Kick off your garden party with this delicious summer juice. A sparkling refreshment for hot summer days. The drink combines elderflower, strawberry, and green tea. It's fruity but not too sweet – a great summer drink! The juice tastes best diluted 1:4 with Prosecco, garnished with a slice of lime and mint. If you like, you can also mix the drink as an alcohol-free alternative with still or sparkling mineral water and serve it with pomegranate seeds.
